The item must be returned in same condition as you might have received it. The hygiene seal must be intact and not broken. We will not accept the item if the seal has been broken or tampered. According to consumer contract regulations, we can deduct the refund’s amount if the received item has been damaged or is in unsalable condition.
Once we get the item back in an intact condition, we issue a full refund. The amount is credited into the customer bank account from where the payment was received. We complete this formality in 1 working day.
